Laurel Point Park is a very small park overlooking the waterfront. Nice for a quiet evening stroll. What's interesting is the Friendship Bell given by its Japanese sister-city for its 30th anniversary of twinning.

This cemetery reminds me of the ones on top of the Mount Royal in Montreal, but with the perfect water view. We can see some very old gravestones that add to the enchantment of the cemetery. It is also the last resting place of many veterans of the two Great Wars.

It is one narrow street, full of shops. Interesting experience to walk through it.

guestBook Guestbook by yamaneko The seals! Les phoques!

I wasn't expecting seeing seals so close by and it was such a pleasant surprise! We can see that they are well-fed and healthy. They are such a funny bunch too. It was the highlight of my day!

I also like the residential side of the wharf, so many cute floating houses. The ice cream at Jackson's is delicious!

The castle is located in a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of trees and oh so many dead-ends and curves and detours! It is a building of a relatively large side compared to the other houses in this residential area. Very imposing!
